Service Description: A toll-free government service concerning long-term care homes in Ontario * handles concerns and registers complaints about long-term care homes and from community care access centres (CCAC) * initial calls are answered by ACTION Line staff and the complaints are forwarded to local CCAC offices * callers can also have their complaints forwarded to an Independent Complaints Facilitators (ICF)
