Service Description: A toll-free government service concerning long-term care homes in Ontario * handles concerns and registers complaints about long-term care homes and from local health integration networks (LHIN) * initial calls are answered by ACTION Line staff and the complaints are forwarded to local LHIN offices * callers can also have their complaints forwarded to an Independent Complaints Facilitators (ICF)
