Service Description: Multidisciplinary assessment services for people with communciation disabilities * services include system prescription, customization, set-up, support and training * prescribes Assistive Devices Program (ADP) authorized communication technology

Fees: None for assessment services * fees may apply for non-Assistive Devices Program (ADP) cost of equipment for purchase or lease
Application: Walk-in for emergency department * medical referral and appointment required for most other services
Eligibility / Target Population: Adults 18 years and over with acquired or congenital conditions which prevent speech or written communication
Languages: English
Language Notes: Provides translation services for several languages, including interpretation support for community members that are deaf or hard of hearing
