Service Description:

Free preventive dental services for eligible children provided at select Health Unit
locations
Preventive services include:
- fluoride applications
- pit and fissure sealants
- scaling and selective polishing
- oral hygiene instruction
- diet consultations for good dental health
Dental clinics available at the following locations:
- Fergus Public Health Office, 474 Wellington County Rd 18
- Guelph Public Health Office, 160 Chancellors Way
- Orangeville Public Health office, 180 Broadway

Screening and oral health assessment is required for all families to access preventive programs

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
Free dental services for eligible children and youth up to and including age 17 * children and youth may be eligible if the cost of care would be a financial hardship * people and families who are enrolled in Healthy Smiles Ontario (HSO cards) are also eligible for Preventative Dental services
