240-bed long-term care home * residential care for private rooms, semi-private rooms, and basic rooms
* 24-hour nursing and personal care * access to a doctor and other health professionals * 86-bed specialty care for complex continuing, rehabilitation and palliative care
- bedding and furniture
- laundry and housekeeping
- meals
- personal hygiene supplies
- medical supplies and equipment (such as catheters, ostomy bags, or wound care supplies)
- assistance with medication and activities of daily living
- recreation and social programs
Specialized Geriatric Services (SGS) provides access to geriatric medicine, geriatric physiatry and the community responsive behavior team.
