Service Description:

Regular volunteer visits and/or phone calls to seniors and people with disabilities who live alone, to provide companionship and reassurance
Without Walls Program - Teleconferencing phone system which provides individuals with an opportunity to meet and talk with other members of the community * sessions are facilitated by
a City of Cambridge staff member and include a wide range of activity and
