Service Description:

Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for people with acquired brain injury in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day careAccess to social work support including:
- peer support groups
- caregiver support groups
- individual counseling

$5 per day * subsidy available for eligible participants
