Emergency food hamper can be accessed once every calendar year * food hampers contain food for three to five days * food hampers include a mix of fruits and vegetables * cultural dietary needs are considered * baby food, diapers and personal hygiene items distributed when available
Christmas hamper program is offered during the Christmas season for low-income residents of the Waterloo Region
