Service Description:

Transitional and long-term housing for people experiencing homelessness and have complex substance use or mental health needs or both
Services include:- counselling and support
- weekly house meetings
- life-skills training
- relapse prevention
Transitional housing is 6-months * long-term housing is 364 days
