Service Description: Support provided by telephone

Distress Line: An inbound service line dedicated to supporting people who call in experiencing emotional distress, loneliness, hopelessness or are otherwise feeling overwhelmed.

TeleConnect Line: People who struggle to live independently can be registered to have social conversations, medication reminders and basic case management support from volunteers.

Seniors Offering Support: Senior volunteers are matched with senior clients for regularly occuring social calls.
