Service Description: Recovery programs for adults in need of mental health support.

Residential program - for individuals experiencing chronic psychiatric problems and have a demonstrated need for residential support; capacity of seven individuals

Crisis Respite program - referrals to Thresholds Homes and Supports where individuals are assessed and assigned to either the six-bed location in Kitchener or the two beds on site at Dunara in Guelph

Supportive Housing - for individuals with serious mental health issues living in subsidized housing in the community

Also offers facilitated self-help and support groups * music group: drop-in jam sessions - talent optional / no instrument required

Fees: Service - residents pay for rent and food * None - Crisis Respite Program, support and music groups are free

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Individuals who have a chronic psychiatric diagnosis
Crisis Respite Program - 16 years and older
All other programs and services - 18 years and older
