Service Description: Recruits skilled volunteers to create customized assistive devices for people with physical disabilities.

Assists individuals with disabilities to achieve an independent life through assistive device projects that address barriers to mobility, communication, and personal care * works with recipients and family members, caregivers, and health professionals

**Tetra does not compete with commercially available products

Fees: Donation * Clients are asked, where possible, to make a contribution toward materials and mileage expenses. This would be discussed before any costs are incurred and is generally of a modest nature.
Application: Self referral or referral by family members or health professionals. Request for Assistance form is available on website.
Eligibility / Target Population: All ages are eligible for assistance. Clients are assessed individually based on need. Tetra does not require clients to provide written medical information.
