Service Description: Library system consists of 14 branches located in communities throughout Wellington County.

Fees: None - for residents of Wellington County and eligible non-residents
Application: Apply for a library card at any branch. Bring photo ID and proof of address.
Eligibility / Target Population: People who reside in Wellington County, pay taxes to the County, or live within the area of a neighbouring library system with reciprocal borrowing privileges

Students who attend school within the County, but do not live within its boundaries, are exempt from the non-resident fee

People who do not live in Wellington County or pay taxes to the County may use any Library branch but must pay a non-resident membership (currently $120 per family)
