Diabetes Education Programs

Medical professionals such as registered dietitians and registered nurses offer free classes and individual consultations at diabetes education programs. Diabetes education programs are excellent learning environments who offer specialized knowledge for both adults and youth to properly manage their diabetes. To attend a program, ask your physician or nurse practitioner to send a referral or you can refer yourself using self-referral form. For self-referral form, click here.
