Fitness Centres and Programs - Kitchener–Waterloo–Wellesley–Wilmot–Woolwich

Fitness centres provide programming for all ages aimed at helping people achieve and maintain active and healthy lives. Fees may apply for some of the on-going and drop-in programs.
