Housing and Residential Care for People with Mental Illness - Kitchener–Waterloo–Wellesley–Wilmot–Woolwich


People living with serious mental illness are offered supports to get stable housing. Services can include help with transitioning from the hospital to the community, short-term housing for people in crisis, and long-term housing with ongoing supports.
