Service Description:

Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for adults 18+ in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care

meals
individualized social and recreational plans for each client

Health Care Assistance
Medication Assistance	Medication must be in original dispensing container indicating name, medication, dosage and special instructions * up-to-date list of medication taken at home and at Day Program is required and is responsibility of client/caregiver
Mobility Assistance	Staff are trained in transfers, escorting and falls prevention * clients with canes, walker, wheelchairs and other mobility issues accommodated
Incontinence	Supports clients with bladder incontinence *clients encouraged to wear briefs or pads to support bladder control and invited to bring a spare change of clothing to be stored at the program
Foot Care	Foot care is available for a fee and offered by an external health care provider

Transportation	Volunteer drivers or staff can pick up clients in the morning and bring them home in the afternoon, for an additional fee
