Community Counselling Services: safety first approach for youth with addictive behaviour * flexible meeting locations
Day Youth Program: located at day treatment site * safety first approach * counselling, life skills and academic support for youth
NeurOptimal Neurofeedback: non-medical brain training system * reminds your brain how to be flexible and resilient even in times of stress and turmoil * does not diagnose or treat specific problems; it is a workout for the brain
