Individual and group counselling for adults with concerns regarding problem
gambling and gaming * virtual or in-person
Referrals
are also made to other services including day treatment, live-in,
substance use, and other community based services
Problem Gambling Group: 6-week support group for adults wanting to make changes to problem gambling behaviours * provides a supportive and therapeutic environment to promote behavioural change and develop coping strategies to manage gambling urges and relapse * offered virtually
Concerned Family and Significant Others (CFSO) program: virtual and in-person individual
and group counseling for family, friends or
significant others who are concerned about their loved ones' gambling,
gaming or substance use
