- Supports for people living with prediabetes or diabetes

- Emergency room care * doctors, nurses, and other health professionals assess and treat life-threatening injuries or severe illness

Geriatric Emergency Management
- Specialized emergency room care and follow-up support for older adults who may need in-home supports, other medical specialists, or community services

Palliative Care
- Care for people with a life-limiting illness, provided in a hospital * services are delivered in the last months of life, focus on comfort, symptom management relief, and support, and are provided on a daily 24-hour basis

Physiotherapy Clinic
- Community physiotherapy clinic * health professionals assess and treat conditions that affect the muscles, nerves, and bones that may be caused by work or sports or motor vehicle collision injuries, chronic conditions, or to recover after an operation (hip and knee surgery)
