Service Description:	Rural acute care alliance with three hospital sites Services include: surgical services inpatient and outpatient services emergency care obstetrical care   Groves Memorial Community Hospital - 45-bed inpatient care hospital with emergency department * medical, day surgery, therapy and ambulatory care services   Louise Marshall Hospital - Community hospital * 15 inpatient beds * 24-hour emergency services * inpatient and outpatient care * specialist clinics and supportive diagnostic services emergency services general surgery internal medicine radiology anesthesiology pathology obstetrics and gynecology urology neurology ENT (ears, nose, and throat) pediatrics   Palmerston and District Hospital - Community hospital * 15 inpatient beds * 24-hour emergency services * inpatient and outpatient care * specialist clinics and supportive diagnostic services emergency services general surgery internal medicine radiology anesthesiology pathology obstetrics and gynecology orthopedics ENT (ears, nose, and throat)
Fees:	Most services are covered by OHIP
Application:	Walk-in for emergency department * medical referral and appointment required for most other services
