Hospice Palliative Care Residences - Cambridge–North Dumfries

Palliative care that is provided in a supportive, home-like environment for people with a life-limiting illness. These services, which are delivered in the last months of life, focus on symptom and pain management and are provided on a daily 24-hour basis.

Referrals from health care professionals are required to access these services.
 
French language services or programs offered to customers/clients on a consistent basis.
